The “By Session” package is great for those needing assistance in short bursts.

  • Three full 1 hour sessions for $300 OR
  • Individual sessions offered for $150

Questionnaire sent advance for optimum benefit.

Intermediate

The Intermediate package is a good choice for those needing help in those early start-up months.

  • Six full 1 hour sessions (scheduled bi-monthly over 3 months)
  • Unlimited access to over 25 documents/templates
  • Operational tasks lists
  • Recommendations for payroll and bookkeeping services, insurance, curriculum, and related needs

Intermediate package: $900 (Can be spread over 3 months)

Comprehensive

This package will take you from start-up through your first year. All items within the Intermediate package plus:

  • Complete resource management system through Basecamp project management (document management, weekly communication board, to-do lists, and more)
  • Additional full 1 hour sessions (scheduled twice per month through the first school year)
  • Individualized feedback on operational and educational documents once per month
  • Individualized creation of year long action plan
  • In person strategic visit once per year (must pay travel expenses)

Comprehensive package:

$300 per month before school opening

$500 per month August-May
